Application Procedure for New Families
The Cottage Playhouse has open and rolling admissions throughout the year based on availability. Interested families should set up an appointment for a tour to view the space, meet the teachers, see how your child does in the environment, discuss the program and ensure it is a good match for your family.
Once the tour has been completed an application form can be filled out and submitted. Once your child has been accepted into the program, these documents need to be completed and returned along with your child’s current immunization record and deposit.
